Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a video, and we will replace it or refund you in full. Skincare touches your skin, so for hygiene we can't take back opened or used products. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days. You can cancel any time before your order ships.
