Where we ship

We ship across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to see when your order will reach you. We do not ship outside India yet.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. Cash on delivery carries a fee of ₹99, shown at checkout. Paying online has no extra charge.

When your order ships

We pack and ship orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You get a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Remote pincodes can take up to 7 working days.

Couriers and tracking

We ship with Delhivery and other trusted courier partners. Track your order on the Track order page at elume.in using your tracking number, or sign in to your account.

Delays

Weather, regional holidays, regulatory checks or courier issues can sometimes cause delays. If your order is running late, we will keep you informed.

Changing your address

Write to us before your order ships and we will update the address. Once it has shipped, the courier cannot change it.

Undelivered orders

If an order comes back to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to reship it or refund it.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a video. See our Refund policy for details.
