Shipping policy

2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before making your purchase.
4. Delivery Timelines: Our delivery timelines within India ranges from 5-7 working days post the processing and shipping confirmation.
5. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
6. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. 8. Address Accuracy: It is important to provide accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
11. Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned to us due to a shipping issue beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided, failed delivery attempts), we will notify you and refund the cost of the items, excluding shipping charges.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
