About these terms

elume.in is operated by Ceuticoz, a partnership firm ("Ceuticoz", "we", "us"), Plot No. 348, 2nd Floor, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh 160002, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.

Using the site

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Please do not misuse the site, try to access it in unauthorised ways, or post anything unlawful or offensive.

Our products

• élume products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
• Results vary from person to person.
• Please read the label, patch-test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, check with a dermatologist first.
• Country of origin: India.

Prices and product information

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We try to describe and show every product accurately, but colours on screen and packaging may vary slightly. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, or by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery carries a fee of ₹99, shown at checkout before you place your order.

Offers and discount codes

Offers and codes such as FIRST10 (10% off a first order) are valid once per customer, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund policy.

Reviews and content you share

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and honest, and you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

Intellectual property

The élume name, logo, product designs, images and text on this site belong to Ceuticoz and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh have jurisdiction over any dispute.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can contact our grievance officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
